About the Role
Wealth Clinic Pvt. Ltd. is hiring dynamic and result-oriented professionals for L1, L2, L3, and L4 Sales roles. We are looking for candidates with a strong passion for sales and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through various channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Negotiate and close sales while achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer transactions.
- Support, mentor, and guide junior team members (for senior levels).
- Drive revenue growth and contribute to overall business objectives.
Preferred Industry Background
- Real Estate (Preferred)
- Banking / Financial Services
- Insurance sales experience will be an added advantage.
Eligibility
- L1: 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with strong sales aptitude may apply)
- L2: 2–4 years of experience
- L3: 4–6 years of experience
- L4: 6+ years of experience with team handling and leadership skills
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a target-driven mindset.
- Leadership and team management abilities (for L3 & L4).
- Vehicle preferred for client meetings and site visits.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
