Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
- Build and manage distributor, dealer, retailer, and institutional networks.
- Identify new business opportunities in FMCG and food product markets.
- Manage sales targets, forecasting, and monthly growth plans.
- Handle B2B & B2C sales activities for honey and bee-based products.
- Develop relationships with distributors, supermarkets, organic stores, and online channels.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (offline & digital).
- Coordinate with social media and branding teams for product promotions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Manage customer feedback and improve sales performance.
- Train and support sales team for better market execution.
- Prepare sales reports and share performance insights with management.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in Honey, FMCG, Food, Organic, Ayurvedic or Agri-based products preferred.
- Strong knowledge of distributor & retail network development.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets independently.
- Experience in B2B and channel sales.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotions.
Qualification:
- Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
