Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and skilled AI Video & Reels Creator to join our digital media team. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating engaging short-form video content using AI-powered tools for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
The candidate will be responsible for transforming ideas into high-quality videos and reels that drive audience engagement, brand awareness, and online growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create professional AI-generated videos, reels, and short-form content for social media platforms.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and content strategies.
- Use AI tools for video generation, voiceovers, avatars, subtitles, animations, and visual effects.
- Edit videos for maximum audience engagement and retention.
- Create trending reels, promotional videos, educational content, and marketing campaigns.
- Add captions, transitions, sound effects, and background music where appropriate.
- Optimize content according to platform-specific requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to execute campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest AI content creation tools and social media trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in video editing and reel creation.
- Strong knowledge of AI video creation tools and content automation platforms.
- Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Descript, Runway, Pika, Synthesia, InVideo, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent storytelling, visual communication, and content creation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing social media content for brands, agencies, educational institutions, or content creators.
- Knowledge of graphic design and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with AI voice generation, avatar creation, and automated video workflows.
- Portfolio showcasing reels, shorts, or social media video projects.
