Job Description
We are looking for a creative, organized, and result-oriented Social Media & E-commerce Executive to join our growing women's fashion brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, generating sales leads, handling customer interactions, and maintaining inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram and Facebook business accounts.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness through organic and paid strategies.
- Convert social media inquiries into sales leads and customer orders.
- Respond to customer messages and comments professionally.
- Coordinate with photographers, influencers, and content creators when required.
- Maintain product inventory and update stock availability.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales, leads, inventory, and social media performance.
- Assist in launching new collections and marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and fashion industry developments.
Required Skills
- Experience managing Instagram and Facebook business pages.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Understanding of inventory management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
