Job Title: Cosmetology Counsellor / Clinical Program Advisor
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and confident Cosmetology Counsellor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a background in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, Dermatology, or Beauty & Wellness and excellent communication skills to guide aspiring students about our clinical training programs. Knowledge of cosmetology concepts helps candidates explain courses accurately and build trust with prospective students.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students about our Cosmetology & Aesthetic training programs. Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp chats, and follow-ups. Understand students' learning goals and recommend the most suitable course. Explain course curriculum, fees, batches, certification, and payment options. Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM regularly. Coordinate with the academic and operations team for admissions and student onboarding. Build long-term relationships with prospective students through professional communication.
Requirements
Background in Cosmetology / Aesthetic Medicine / Beauty & Wellness (Degree, Diploma, or relevant experience). Excellent English communication skills (Hindi is an added advantage). Confident in counselling and handling phone calls. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets/CRM). Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn. Freshers with a relevant cosmetology background are welcome to apply.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in cosmetology counselling, admissions, healthcare, or education.
