Role Overview
Zunax Energy Products LLP is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Export to independently manage the company's end-to-end export documentation and compliance function. The role requires strong working knowledge of export procedures, FEMA/RBI regulations, and incentive schemes, along with the ability to coordinate closely with CHAs, AD banks, and government portals to ensure smooth, compliant export operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage the end-to-end export documentation process.
- Generate Tax Invoices and E-way Bills for both Exports and Merchant Exports; prepare complete export documentation and arrange certificates and declarations as required by the destination country.
- Generate and maintain a Credit Notes track for all export customers.
- Maintain physical and electronic records/documents for all export shipments.
- Coordinate with the Customs House Agent (CHA) for smooth clearance of export shipments and review draft shipping documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Confirm checklist approvals to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
- Generate Certificates of Origin (COO) and insurance certificates as per client needs and international trade regulations.
- Ensure IRM, FEMA, and RBI compliance, including submission of disposal documents to the banker and facilitating timely realization of export proceeds.
- Pass accounting entries pertaining to export sales.
- Track incentives and ensure accurate declaration and maintenance of applicable incentive schemes, including timely reporting; generate e-Scrips and provide e-Scrip documents for sale.
- Generate e-BRCs and manage the knock-off process with the AD bank.
- Manage e-Seals and maintain a record of the same.
- Maintain audit readiness by keeping a physical and digital repository of all export sets for statutory, internal, and GST purposes.
- Prepare export data, MIS, and reporting.
Experience & Background
- B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance/International Business) or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in export documentation, International Trade Operations, and Export Compliance.
- Good understanding of FTP, FEMA guidelines, RBI/AD Bank procedures, customs valuation rules, and export mechanisms.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial, and trading companies handling export operations is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage end-to-end export documentation and liaise with CHAs, AD banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Ability to handle third-party exports and inward shipments, including correcting data mismatches in ICEGATE/IDPMS.
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, or similar platforms for export and accounting transactions.
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools for MIS and export data tracking.
- Working knowledge of government portals including ICEGATE, DGFT, and GSTIN.
- Strong understanding of export documentation, customs valuation, and shipment-related accounting entries.
Language Requirements
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Hindi/ Telugu (preferred/ strong advantage)
