We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Executive to manage the day-to-day HR operations of our organization. Reports To: HR Manager or Director of Human ResourcesKey Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies on job boards, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and conducting preliminary interviews.
- Manage communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Oversee the new employee orientation process, ensuring all paperwork (contracts, forms, background checks) is completed accurately and on time.
- Facilitate offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and final settlement processing.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and general HR matters.
- Assist in resolving basic workplace issues and grievances, escalating complex matters to the HR Manager.
- Promote employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Compensation and Benefits Administration:
- Support the monthly payroll process by providing relevant employee information (attendance, leave records, new hires/terminations) to the finance department.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance enrollment and leave tracking.
- Performance Management:
- Support the implementation and tracking of performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting initiatives.
- Compliance and Administration:
- Maintain accurate and confidential digital and physical employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare regular HR reports and analytics as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA in HR is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Generalist, or similar role.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of general human resources policies and procedures, along with knowledge of relevant labor laws [specific to India, if applicable].
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and expertise in ms tools
- Strong ethical conduct and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
