Responsibilities:
Provide independent, disciplined oversight in establishing a Workplace Solutions structed audit program of our +$50M Facilities Contract to ensure contractual compliance, financial integrity, and service delivery—with specific focus on Global Critical Repairs, markup accuracy, and KPI adherence. Own deep understanding of the Global Master Services Agreement, regional Scope of Works, changeorders and amendments. Verify services billed align strictly with contracted scope. Partner with Keysight WPS Regional Managers to monitor compliance with contractual obligations related to service delivery, safety timeliness, legal compliance as defined in the MSA and KPIs.
Identify and escalate non-compliance or contractual aps with clear documentation and recommended solutions. Establish and run a formal audit program for Global Critical Repairs spend, including approved and unapproved requests across regions. Ensure markups align with contracted percentages and allowed cost components. Track and report markup trends, variances and recovery opportunities to WPS Leadership and Finance. Partner closely with Keysight Finance on findings and escalate to Global Sourcing, Legal and EHS as applicable. Produce executive level dashboards and summaries - recommending enhancements to approval workflows, audit checkpoints and reporting tools to help reduce risk long term

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial compliance.

Familiarity with tracking and workflow tools such as Smartsheet or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of compliance processes and documentation.
