Role Summary
A smart, hands-on marketing professional who can take ownership of the brand's marketing initiatives and execute them with speed, creativity, and accountability.
The role requires someone who can understand the Division’s vision and strategies, convert them into actionable marketing plans, create and manage content, drive organic brand visibility, coordinate with sales teams, and ensure consistent execution across all communication channels.
This is a highly execution-focused role requiring strong communication skills, business understanding, content sensibility, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Work closely with the Leadership to understand and execute marketing and growth strategies.
2. Own and manage the Division’s marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of all planned activities.
3. Manage the brand's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, website, emailers, and other relevant channels.
4. Create, schedule, and publish content to drive organic reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
5. Design day-to-day social media creatives, presentations, and communication materials using Canva and AI-powered tools.
6. Coordinate with graphic designers for advanced creative requirements, catalogues, packaging, and print collateral.
7. Identify and execute opportunities for digital PR, media coverage, industry features, product launches, and thought leadership initiatives.
8. Build relationships with relevant industry publications, and digital media channels.
9. Work closely with sales teams to create marketing initiatives that support business development and lead generation.
10. Leverage AI tools for content creation, campaign ideation, image generation, communication, and productivity enhancement.
11. Manage interns and external resources, where applicable, to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
12. Track engagement, visibility, and campaign performance and recommend continuous improvements.
What We Expect of You
- 2 – 5 years of experience in marketing, brand communications, content marketing, account management, or related roles.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong content writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with AI-powered content and image-generation tools.
- Ability to independently create and execute marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working directly with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- High ownership, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
