Job Title: Junior Architect / Interior Designer (Residential Projects) Location: Pitampura, Delhi (Full-time, on-site) Experience: 0–3 years (freshers with strong internship/portfolio welcome for junior level) Qualification: B.Arch / Diploma or Degree in Interior Design / Architecture
Responsibilities:
· Assist in concept design, space planning, and detailed drawings for residential projects
· Prepare working drawings, GFC details
· Create mood boards, and client presentations
· Site visits, measurements, and coordination with contractors/vendors
· Material selection and basic BOQ support
· Coordinate with clients under senior guidance
Must-have skills:
· AutoCAD (strong)
· SketchUp + basic rendering (Lumion/V-Ray preferred)
· Photoshop / basic presentation skills
· Understanding of residential materials, codes, and construction
· Good communication and willingness for site work
Preferred: Portfolio of residential work, knowledge of local Delhi practices.
