Role Overview
The UK Student Outreach & Admissions Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential UK-based students, handling enquiries, and converting interest into paid enrolments.
This role directly impacts company revenue.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Outreach
- Reach out to UK-based students via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and social platforms
- Send program information, pricing, and schedules
- Follow up consistently with interested candidates
Admissions Support
- Answer basic questions about training programs
- Share brochures, fee details, and timelines
- Book founder calls using Calendly
- Guide students through payment steps
Lead Management
- Maintain a lead tracker (Google Sheet)
- Update lead status (new / contacted / interested / paid)
- Share daily and weekly outreach reports
Daily Tasks
- Send 50–80 outreach messages
- Follow up on old leads
- Respond to inbound queries
- Update lead tracker
KPIs / Performance Metrics
- Number of leads contacted per day
- Number of calls booked per week
- Paid enrolments per month
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good written English (spoken English is a plus)
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email
- Basic sales or communication mindset
- Willingness to follow scripts and processes
- 0–2 years experience (freshers welcome)
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
