Responsibilities
- Operate conventional lathe machines safely and efficiently.
- Perform fitting, drilling, tapping, grinding, cutting, and assembly work.
- Read and understand engineering drawings.
- Measure components using Vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
- Carry out routine machine maintenance and keep the workshop organized.
- Assist in fabrication, prototyping, and machine assembly as required.
Minimum Requirements
- ITI certificate in Fitter, Turner, Machinist, or a related trade.
- 1–3 years of experience operating conventional lathe machines.
- Knowledge of fitting operations and hand tools.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Basic understanding of workshop safety practices.
- Physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
