Hiring: ANM – Operation Theatre (OT)

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated ANM / GNM/ B.Sc Nurse to join our Operation Theatre team. The ideal candidate should be responsible, alert, and committed to maintaining high standards of patient care, sterility, and OT protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons and OT staff during surgical procedures
- Prepare OT before surgeries (instruments, equipment, sterilization)
- Ensure proper aseptic techniques and infection control practices
- Prepare and shift patients safely to and from the OT
- Monitor patient vitals before, during, and after procedures
- Maintain OT records, surgical counts, and documentation
- Handle surgical instruments carefully and ensure proper sterilization
- Support in emergency procedures when required
Requirements:
- ANM /GNM / B.Sc qualification with valid registration
- OT experience preferred (Freshers with OT exposure can apply)
- Knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols
- Ability to work in shifts
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Calm and attentive under pressure
