Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Build talent pipelines through job portals, agencies, referrals, and campus hiring.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, HRMS, employee records, and documentation.
- Draft HR policies, letters, and employee communications.
- Support performance management and employee development.
- Coordinate training initiatives and learning programs.
- Drive employee engagement, recognition, and workplace culture.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance filing, including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and labour law documentation.
- Manage office administration, facilities, vendors, procurement, and office assets.
- Oversee warehouse inventory and dispatch of event swags and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with clients, courier partners, and internal teams for event logistics and timely deliveries.
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of HR Generalist/HR & Admin experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and administration.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace and HRMS.
