Looking for a vibrant Candidate with 3+ years of Experience in Real Estate Industry, for Business Development Division in Calicut Landmark Builders who will be responsible for Sales, Marketing, Customer Handling and Client Relations.
Job Description
- Develop and Manage prospective clients / customers interested to invest in the Company's Real Estate Product and ensure revenue generation enabling the Organization to meet its Business Plan & Objectives.
- Help Clients to make the right decisions with their requirement and explain the various projects based on their requirement
- Achieve the company sales target,
- Build relationship with new customers to drive sales
- Build relationship with existing customers to generate reference sales.
- Conduct Site Visit to prospective customers
Skills Required
- Ability to understand requirements of prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions to prospects.
- Good selling and negotiation skills
- Experience in direct sales.
- Good writing skills
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with extremely tight deadlines
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
