Job Title: Key Account Manager – E-Waste Solutions

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with corporate clients for our E-Waste Management business. The role involves client acquisition, conducting service presentations, field meetings, account management, and driving revenue through e-waste collection and recycling services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new corporate clients for E-Waste Management services.
- Conduct field visits and face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients.
- Deliver professional presentations on company services, compliance processes, and sustainability initiatives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable e-waste disposal and recycling solutions.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of e-waste pickups and service delivery.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, references, cold calling, and market research.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and account reviews with clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of client concerns.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and submit sales activity reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Key Account Management, E-Waste, Recycling, Environmental Services, IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), or related industries.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship management abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
- Good understanding of corporate sales processes and business development.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in E-Waste Management, IT Asset Disposal (ITAD), Recycling, Sustainability Services, or Environmental Compliance.
- Existing network of corporate clients and decision-makers.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
