Hiring: Head of Business Development & Creative Lead
We are looking for a dynamic Head of Business Development & Creative Lead to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and end-to-end delivery of creative, AI dubbing, localisation, voiceover, subtitling, translation, and multilingual content projects
Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone who can bring new business, understand client needs, create suitable creative solutions, manage internal teams, and ensure smooth project delivery from the first client conversation to final output
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new clients across media, OTT, advertising, gaming, e-learning, corporate training, and digital content sectors
- Build and manage strong client relationships
- Pitch services, prepare proposals, and close business opportunities
- Recommend solutions across AI dubbing, human dubbing, voiceovers, localisation, translation, subtitling, AI video, and content adaptation
- Manage projects from lead stage to final delivery
- Coordinate with creative, dubbing, localisation, editing, AI production, and QA teams
- Prepare quotations, budgets, timelines, and project scopes
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
- Track revenue, profitability, client satisfaction, and repeat business
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in business development, media services, localisation, dubbing, production, advertising, creative services, or related industries
- Strong experience in client acquisition and account management
- Good understanding of creative production, localisation, dubbing, or AI content workflows
- Ability to manage clients, teams, timelines, budgets, and delivery
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Compensation
Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives + Revenue-Based Bonus
