Job Responsibilities
- Generate new customers through field sales activities.
- Meet individuals and families to explain health insurance plans.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable policies.
- Generate leads through references, networking, and direct visits.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance.
- Coordinate with the internal operations team for smooth processing.
- Ensure excellent customer service before and after policy issuance.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Experience in Insurance, Banking, Sales, BFSI, Telecom or Field Sales will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Must be target-oriented and willing to travel locally.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
