Key Responsibilities :-
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Generate repeat orders and identify upselling opportunities.
- Acquire new clients through calls, emails, referrals, and networking.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close orders.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order execution.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline data.
- Conduct virtual meetings and product presentations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare periodic sales and business development reports.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.
Qualification & Experience :- Graduate in any discipline / MBA in Marketing preferred. Minimum 3-8 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
This is not a field sales role and does not involve daily market visits. However, the candidate should be willing to travel outside Kolkata or outside the state whenever required for customer meetings, exhibitions, business development activities, or project discussions, generally for 5-7 days once a month.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
