We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, social media, and field visits.
- Identify potential clients and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Present and explain the company's IT services and solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare quotations and proposals with support from the technical team.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with the marketing and development teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities using CRM.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Relations.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of websites, digital marketing, or IT services is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
