Bijliride is a fast-growing electric mobility company providing EV rentals, last-mile logistics, B2B fleet solutions, and technology-driven mobility services. As we expand our logistics network, we are looking for a dynamic 3PL Manager to drive business growth by onboarding delivery partners and strengthening our last-mile ecosystem.
Role Overview
The 3PL Manager will be responsible for expanding Bijliride's logistics network by identifying, onboarding, and managing third-party delivery partners. The role focuses on business development, partner relationship management, and ensuring seamless execution of last-mile delivery operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Partner Onboarding
- Identify and onboard new delivery companies, logistics partners, and 3PL providers across target markets.
- Develop strategic partnerships to expand Bijliride's last-mile delivery network.
- Negotiate commercial terms, service agreements, and operational requirements with partners.
- Build long-term relationships with logistics companies and enterprise clients.
Partner Success & Operations
- Ensure smooth onboarding and operational integration of delivery partners.
- Monitor partner performance, SLA compliance, and service quality.
- Resolve operational issues and improve partner productivity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery execution.
Business Expansion
- Explore new markets and identify opportunities for network expansion.
- Work closely with the Business Development and Operations teams to support growth initiatives.
- Develop scalable onboarding processes and partnership frameworks.
Performance & Reporting
- Track KPIs including partner onboarding, active partners, delivery success rate, TAT, and revenue contribution.
- Prepare MIS reports and business performance dashboards.
- Analyze operational data to improve efficiency and partner performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in 3PL, Logistics, Last-Mile Delivery, Business Development, or Partner Management.
- Strong network within the logistics and delivery ecosystem is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/ERP tools.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
