About the Role
We are looking for a reliable Accounts cum Admin Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This role will primarily focus on attendance management, payroll support, and basic statutory compliance, along with handling general administration, manpower coordination, and procurement tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Statutory
- Maintain daily attendance records (biometric/manual).
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs, OT calculations, and leave summaries.
- Assist with ESI, PF, PT, and GST documentation and filing coordination.
- Handle basic accounting entries and voucher preparation.
Administration
- Manage office documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Support manpower coordination — onboarding, maintaining staff records, coordinating with contract workers, etc.
- Assist in procurement of raw materials, consumables, and office supplies.
- Follow up with vendors for quotations, deliveries, and bills.
- Coordinate with internal teams and support routine factory-office operations.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in accounts/admin roles (manufacturing experience preferred).
- Working knowledge of MS Office and basic accounting software.
- Understanding of ESI, PF, and GST processes.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Work Schedule
- On-site at factory/office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
