Continuous monitoring and adjustment of migration processes are essential to maintain efficiency and effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of cloud migration strategies to ensure seamless transition.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align migration activities with organizational objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration.
- Strong knowledge of cloud migration methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance storage solutions in cloud environments.
- Experience with integrating storage solutions across private and public cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and optimizing storage infrastructure during migration.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
