We are looking for an energetic and communication-driven Junior Sales Executive who has an interest in financial markets, trading and client coordination and is confident in handling lead generation and student enrollment discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective students and leads regarding trading and financial market programs
- Explain course structure, learning benefits, and program offerings effectively
- Support student onboarding and enrollment coordination
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain relationship management
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding student queries and admissions process
- Maintain lead tracking and sales coordination updates
- Contribute to business growth and lead conversion initiatives
Preferred Skills:
- Interest or basic understanding of stock markets, trading, or financial services
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in handling calls, follow-ups and student interactions
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of sales coordination and lead management
- Positive attitude, adaptability and willingness to learn
Compensation & Incentives:
Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
Additional bonuses based on lead conversions and business performance

Experience: 2–5 Years Preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
