We are looking for a tech-savvy CRM Intern to join our Growth team. If you have a technical background (B.Tech) but are excited by Marketing & Growth, this hands-on operational role is the perfect launchpad for your career.
Key Responsibilities
● Set up and launch multi-channel campaigns across Push, WhatsApp, Email, and In-App channelsusing MoEngage. Handle template creation, compliance, and submissions via Gupshup.
● Use basic HTML/CSS to tweak, format, and test responsive email layouts.
● Clean user segments in Excel, extract lists, and maintain detailed performance and dispatch trackers.
Tech Stack & Skills (To Use & Learn)
● MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, Netcore, LeadSquared Gupshup
● Basic SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Data Cleaning), Funnel Analysis GoogleAds, Meta Ads, Growth Copywriting
What We Are Looking For
● B.Tech / B.E. students or recent graduates with an analytical mindset and a strong passion for Fintech & Marketing.
● Understanding of basic HTML/CSS, logical workflow mapping, and high comfort with data
numbers.
● Exceptional attention to detail—you are someone who obsessively double-checks links, text and data filters before hitting "Send".
