We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to handle end-to-end human resource functions during night shifts. The ideal candidate should be skilled in recruitment, payroll processing, and office administration, ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates)
- Handle employee documentation, joining formalities, and records management
- Prepare and manage employee payslips and payroll coordination
- Maintain attendance, shift records, and leave management
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Address employee queries and maintain a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
- Coordinate with management for HR planning and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Strong expertise in hiring and talent acquisition
- Experience in payroll processing and payslip generation
- Good knowledge of HR operations and office management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in night shifts (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in handling end-to-end HR operations
