Role Overview :
The Center Head is responsible for overall management and growth of the preschool, ensuring high-quality education, smooth operations, parent satisfaction, and admissions growth.
Key Responsibilities Center Operations
- Oversee day-to-day functioning of the preschool
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and infrastructure standards
- Maintain a positive and engaging school environment
Academic Leadership
- Guide teachers in curriculum planning and execution
- Ensure quality teaching using play-based / Montessori methods
- Monitor classroom activities and student development
Admissions & Business Growth
- Drive student admissions and enrollments
- Handle parent inquiries and convert leads
- Plan and execute marketing activities & events
Parent Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with parents
- Address concerns professionally
- Conduct parent meetings and feedback sessions
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise teachers & staff
- Motivate the team and maintain discipline
- Conduct performance evaluations
Administration & Compliance
- Maintain records, attendance, and reports
- Ensure compliance with school policies
- Handle fee collection and basic financial tracking
Requirements
- Graduation (Mandatory)
- Experience in preschool / school management (2–5 years preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of early childhood education
- Basic understanding of marketing & admissions

Salary
₹16,000 – ₹20,000 + incentives per admission
