About the Role
Suvaii is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hospitality, team management, guest satisfaction, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety are maintained.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Monitor staffing, scheduling, attendance, and team performance.
- Achieve sales targets while controlling operational costs and minimizing wastage.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Drive initiatives to improve guest experience and team productivity.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
- Experience in casual dining, premium dining, or QSR is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges effectively.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic MS Office.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
