Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Purchase Manager to handle the purchasing activities of our restaurant. The candidate will ensure the timely purchase of food items, beverages, kitchen supplies, and other materials while maintaining quality and cost control.
Responsibilities
- Purchase food ingredients, beverages, and restaurant supplies.
- Find and negotiate with suppliers for the best prices and quality.
- Maintain stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with kitchen and store teams.
- Compare quotations and prepare purchase orders.
- Ensure timely delivery of all required items.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and supplier details.
- Check product quality and report any issues to suppliers.
- Control purchasing costs and support budget management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management (restaurant/hospitality experience preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple suppliers.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
