Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Team Leads to manage and drive the performance of a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) while actively contributing to business growth. This is a playing captain role, requiring the incumbent to achieve individual business targets alongside leading and mentoring the team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Individual Business Development (Playing Captain)· Generate individual business by acquiring and managing HNI, UHNI, and Family Office clients. · Drive AUM growth across Mutual Funds, PMS, and AIF products. · Achieve individual revenue and business targets. · Leverage an existing client network to expand business opportunities.
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management· Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers. · Set and monitor targets for: o AUM (Mutual Funds, PMS & AIF) o Revenue o Client onboarding o Broker onboarding and activation · Review daily and weekly performance metrics. · Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.
3. Product Distribution- Drive distribution of a wide range of investment solutions, including:· Mutual Funds · PMS & AIF · Fractional Real Estate · Global Real Estate · Startup Investments, Unlisted Shares & Pre-IPO Opportunities · Insurance Solutions
4. Revenue & Target Achievement· Deliver individual revenue and AUM targets. · Ensure consistent achievement of team revenue goals. · Support Relationship Managers in closing high-value opportunities. · Monitor RM-wise and partner-wise business performance.
5. Training & Capability Building· Train Relationship Managers and partners on product knowledge and sales strategies. · Improve team capability through continuous coaching and mentoring. · Ensure adherence to best sales practices and client servicing standards.
Qualifications and Skills Education
· Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Master’s degree or professional qualifications preferred.
Good to Have
· Existing book of clients
· Experience in multi-product distribution platforms
· NISM certifications
Experience
· 5–10 years of experience in:
· Wealth distribution / channel sales
· 2–5 years of experience in team handling (RMs / channel teams)
· Strong understanding of: MF, AIF, PMS, unlisted shares, real estate
· Strong leadership, communication, and execution skills
Compensation & Benefits

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
