Position: Real Estate Sales & Marketing Executive
About the Role:
MR Infrastructures is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales & Marketing Executive to manage customer inquiries, follow up with leads, generate sales opportunities, and support overall marketing activities for our residential plot projects.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in dealing with customers, and the ability to convert leads into site visits and bookings.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads from various sources (calls, WhatsApp, online inquiries, campaigns, referrals)
- Contact potential customers and understand their requirements
- Regular follow-up with prospects and maintain lead records
- Schedule and coordinate site visits
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and benefits to customers
- Convert inquiries into successful plot bookings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Assist in marketing activities including:
- Social media promotions
- Local marketing campaigns
- Customer outreach activities
- Lead generation initiatives
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
- Coordinate with management regarding sales progress
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Kannada + Hindi/English preferred)
- Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in customer handling
- Previous experience in real estate sales preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Basic computer knowledge required
