Lamppost Digital is looking for a focused and eager-to-learn Digital Marketing Executive – Trainee to join our team.
This role is suitable for candidates who want to build a strong career in digital marketing and work across real client projects, campaigns, content planning, execution, analytics, and AI-enabled marketing workflows.
Role: Digital Marketing Executive – Trainee
Type: Full-time
Training & Probation Period: First 2 months
Stipend during Training/Probation: ₹10,000 per month
Salary after successful completion: ₹12,000-15,000 per month, based on performance and suitability
Minimum commitment expected: 1 year
Who can apply:
Freshers or early-career candidates with basic digital marketing knowledge. Candidates who have completed prior training, internship, or certification in digital marketing will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support social media planning, posting, and campaign execution
- Assist in SEO activities, keyword research, and website content support
- Coordinate content, creatives, reels, captions, and basic campaign requirements
- Work on digital marketing tools, reports, analytics, and performance tracking
- Use AI tools responsibly to improve research, content support, productivity, and marketing execution
- Learn and support marketing automation, lead generation, and client project workflows
- Follow internal processes, timelines, and quality expectations
