Job Description: Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA)
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing, result-driven Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA) to spearhead our revenue and customer acquisition efforts. This is an Inside Sales / Office-based role designed for experienced professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a proven track record of driving sales over the phone, video consultations, and digital channels.
As a Sr. BDA, you will leverage your previous EdTech experience to consult with prospects, close high-value deals, and mentor junior associates within the office ecosystem.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Inside Sales & Revenue Generation
- Own and drive the end-to-end inside sales pipeline, converting potential leads into active customers via telephonic and video consultations.
- Conduct deeply analytical and consultative online product demonstrations for students and parents.
- Consistently meet and exceed aggressive weekly and monthly sales revenue targets.
2. Lead Management & Strategy
- Effectively manage, nurture, and track a high volume of inbound and outbound leads through the CRM.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data from your office desk to refine pitching strategies and improve conversion rates.
3. Mentorship & Team Alignment
- Act as a bridge between frontline BDAs and management, sharing market insights and best practices within the office team.
- Mentor and guide junior Business Development Associates to improve their communication, objection-handling, and closing rates.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Undergraduate (UG): B.Tech (Technical) or B.Com / BBA (Non-Technical)
- Postgraduate (PG): M.Tech (Technical) or MBA (Marketing & Sales preferred)
Background & Skills
- A solid background in EdTech (pure EdTech experience or a strong mix of EdTech and other prominent Non-EdTech sectors).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills over the phone and video calls.
- Must possess an entrepreneurial mindset, high resilience, and comfort with target-driven corporate environments.
