Important Information
- Full-time contractual position
- Night / Graveyard shift only (India Time Zone)
- Remote / Work-from-Home setup

Qualifications
- Prior experience in E-commerce or BPO is an advantage, but not required
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferred fields: Engineering, Science, IT, or Mathematics)
- Strong English communication and comprehension skills with a neutral accent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Reliable, solution-oriented, and capable of problem-solving independently
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays when required
Technical Requirements
- Laptop or desktop computer with at least 8GB RAM
- External keyboard and mouse required for desktop setups
- Stable wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps
- High-quality USB headset
- A second monitor is required after 30 days of employment
- Reliable backup solutions for electricity and internet connectivity
