We are in our foundation stage. I need a high energy Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Volunteer Founding Team (Remote).

What Kind of Recruitment Will You Do?
* 95% NON-IT Recruitment: Source creators, gamers, esports players, animators, scriptwriters, video editors, music producers, and creative managers.
* 5% IT Recruitment: Very rare tech needs. If you want a strict IT desk, this isn't for you.
What You Will Do:
* Scout, recruit, and onboard talented creators across all 4 divisions.
* Design and execute our very first talent workflows and tracking setups from scratch.
* Network and serve as our startup's voice on LinkedIn and Discord communities.
* Collaborate closely with our Talent Operations & Management Head.
Who I Am Looking For (Target Demographics):
* Age 20–40 Gen Z & Millennials: You live and breathe digital media/gaming culture. Older generations don't understand the massive scale of Esports or streaming at that far extent.
* High Energy Hustlers: Possess the mental stamina and agility to navigate a startup.
* Self Starters: Driven freshers or experienced pros tired of rigid setups.
