FBC (Fluid Bed Coater) Operator (Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals)
- Job Summary: Operates Fluid Bed Coater machines to coat powders, granules, or tablets.
- Key Duties:
- Set up and monitor FBC machines according to exact batch and recipe requirements.
- Regulate air volume, spray rate, and bed temperature to ensure quality coating.
- Perform equipment cleaning, assembly, and basic preventative maintenance.
- Document process steps and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and SOPs.
- Requirements: ITI, Diploma, or relevant hands-on experience in pharmaceutical or chemical granulation and coating processes
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
