Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Product Engineer with experience in IT hardware and software systems, responsible for designing, validating, and managing end-to-end product lifecycles. The role involves aligning technical solutions with market needs, supporting system integration, and ensuring high performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and launch region-specific IT hardware solutions (desktops, embedded systems, servers) based on performance requirements and deployment environments
- Align hardware configurations and software integration with real-world usage and system requirements
- Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring lifecycle sustainability and market competitiveness
- Perform product portfolio mapping and expansion, identifying opportunities across targeted markets
- Conduct technical training sessions for internal teams, dealers, and partners to enhance product knowledge and adoption
- Capture and analyze Voice of Customer (VoC) from users, technicians, and partners to improve product design and usability
- Manage vendor relationships and system integration processes, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery
- Provide technical support to sales teams, including pre-sales assistance, solution design, and product-related query resolution
- Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) and Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies for product launches and distribution
- Track and resolve customer-reported issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Conduct benchmarking of IT systems against competitors to evaluate performance, design, and reliability
Required Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech in ECE / EEE / Computer Science / IT / Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in IT hardware, system integration, or product engineering roles
