Core Responsibilities
- Account Operations: Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s /Flipkart policies to avoid account suspensions. ( Domestic n International )
- Listing Optimization: Write and optimize product detail pages using targeted keywords to improve organic search visibility.
- Advertising & Marketing: Own the ad strategy, utilizing Amazon Sponsored Products, Brands, and Displays to lower ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales) and boost conversion
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with supply chain teams to forecast demand and utilize FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Data Analytics: Monitor KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, Buy Box percentage) and generate actionable insights to scale sales.
- Customer Support: Manage customer feedback, resolve issues, and process returns to maintain a strong seller rating.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
