Key Responsibilities:
Windows Server Administration:
· Designing, implementing, and maintaining Windows Server environments.
· Advanced troubleshooting of server performance and application issues.
· Implementing and managing server virtualization solutions (VMware, Hyper-V).
· Automating routine tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell).
· Performing system hardening and security best practices.
End-User Support:
· Providing advanced technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting complex software and hardware issues.
· Resolving escalated support tickets and providing timely solutions.
· Implementing and maintaining end-user software and hardware standards.
· Training and mentoring junior support staff.
Additional Responsibilities:
· Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure seamless operations.
· Participating in IT projects and initiatives.
· Developing and maintaining technical documentation.
· Staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· 3+ years of hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, M365, virtualization solutions (VMware, Hyper-V) and end-user support.
· Strong understanding of Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
· Advanced knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
· Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell).
· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· IT certifications (MCSA, MCSE ) preferred.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
