· Operating and Maintaining Machines:
Setting up, operating, and maintaining compression machines to produce desired products.
· Quality Control:
Monitoring machine performance, identifying issues, and troubleshooting problems to ensure product quality.
· Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate records of production runs, including batch numbers, productivity rates, and quality control data.
· Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.
· Collaboration:
Collaborating with team members to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
· Safety:
Following safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Skills and Qualifications:
· Basic Mechanical Knowledge: Understanding of basic mechanical principles and machine operation.
· Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and troubleshoot machine issues.
