Job Summary
The HR Trainer cum Placement Officer is responsible for conducting training programs, developing employee and student skills, coordinating placement activities, maintaining relationships with companies, and ensuring successful placements.

- Develop and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters.
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives and placement activities.
- Source job opportunities from various organizations.
- Schedule interviews and placement drives.
- Assist candidates in job applications and placement processes.
- Maintain placement databases and recruitment records.
- Track placement statistics and prepare placement reports.
- Follow up with employers regarding candidate selection and joining status.
- Ensure placement targets are achieved.

Educational Qualification.
- MBA HR / PG Diploma in HR Management preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
