Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Solar Installer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar panel systems at residential and commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Install solar panel systems on rooftops and ground-mounted structures
- Perform site assessment and basic measurements
- Assemble mounting structures and install panels safely
- Connect wiring, inverters, and electrical components
- Ensure proper system functioning and testing
- Follow safety standards and company guidelines
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors on-site
- Provide basic maintenance and servicing support
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in solar installation (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and tools
- Ability to work at heights and outdoor conditions
- Physically fit and hardworking
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical (preferred but not mandatory)
- Willingness to travel for projects
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹12,500 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience)
