Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: End-to-end recruitment for diverse roles (technical, sales, service) and managing new hire onboarding.
- Performance Management: Developing performance appraisal systems, tracking, and improving employee productivity.
- Employee Relations: Handling grievances, fostering a positive work environment, and acting as a bridge between staff and management.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensuring compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies.
- Training & Development: Identifying training needs and coordinating programs for skill enhancement (e.g., technical training for mechanics).
- Compensation & Benefits: Managing payroll, bonus calculations, and benefits administration.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
