Arjunvaishnavi Infrastructure & Developers Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and responsible Store Incharge / Store Supervisor for our ongoing IRCON Infrastructure Project in Haveri and Davangere, Karnataka.
The candidate will be responsible for managing site stores, maintaining inventory records, monitoring material movement, and coordinating with project engineers, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations at the project site.
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Prepare and update stock registers, inventory reports, and material issue records.
- Verify materials received against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about material shortages.
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material requirements.
- Ensure proper storage and safety of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain records in Excel and ERP/software (if applicable).
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification.
- Maintain proper documentation including GRN, material issue slips, gate passes, and stock reports.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma / PUC / Any Graduate.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in store management, inventory control, or construction/infrastructure projects.
- Experience in highway, railway, infrastructure, construction, or government projects will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
