Airen International Limited, a leading manufacturer of PP / BOPP Woven Sacks in India, is looking for an HR Cum Admin Executive to join our growing team at our Indore Head Office.

Role Summary
The HR Cum Admin Executive will manage HR operations along with office administration, facility management, vendor coordination, and building maintenance activities to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
The role includes responsibility for the company's Head Office building, including coordination of maintenance activities, AMC services, tenant coordination, and troubleshooting facility-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Handle recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate PF, ESIC, statutory compliance, and employee records.
- Support employee engagement and internal communication activities.
Administration
- Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain office discipline, records, courier management, and documentation.
- Coordinate procurement of office supplies and consumables.
Building & Facility Management
- Oversee maintenance and administration of the Head Office building.
- Manage the company's commercial building .
- Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and service providers as required.
- Manage all AMCs, maintenance schedules, and service contracts.
- Coordinate maintenance of ACs, lifts, electrical systems, CCTV, internet, fire safety systems, plumbing, housekeeping, and other facilities.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and timely repairs.
Troubleshooting & Vendor Coordination
- Act as the first point of contact for office and facility-related issues.
- Troubleshoot operational and infrastructure problems and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and support services.
- Escalate critical issues to management when necessary.
Asset Management & Reporting
- Maintain records of office assets, equipment, and inventory.
- Prepare HR and administration MIS reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company and employee records.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR and Administration, preferably in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, payroll processes, and labour compliance.
- Experience in vendor management, AMCs, and facility management preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, ERP.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
