Position: Interior Designer
Job Summary:
✓KPS Interiors and Modulars Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 3–4 years of experience in residential and commercial interior projects. The candidate should have strong design skills, space planning expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
✓Develop innovative interior design concepts and presentations.
✓Prepare 2D drawings, layouts, working drawings, and detailed design documentation.
✓Create 3D designs and visualizations for client presentations.
✓Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and preferences.
✓Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and accessories.
✓Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, vendors, and contractors.
✓Conduct site visits and ensure design execution aligns with approved plans.
✓Manage project timelines and maintain design quality standards.
✓Prepare BOQs and cost estimates when required.
Required Skills:
✓Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar design software.
✓Strong knowledge of interior materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
✓Excellent space planning and design visualization skills.
✓Good communication and client-handling abilities.
✓Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications:
✓Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
✓3–4 years of experience in Interior Designing.
✓Experience in residential, commercial, and modular interior projects preferred.
