Key Responsibilities
*Act as a primary point of contact for the Director and manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments.
* Handle official communication including emails, calls, and documentation.
* Manage administrative tasks such as office coordination, records, and vendor communication.
* Support compliance-related activities including documentation, filings, and internal coordination.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes as required.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
* Graduate in any discipline (MBA or relevant certification is a plus).
* Strong verbal and written *English communication skills*.
* Good organizational and time-management abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to multitask and work independently.
* Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
