Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the kitchen sales team
- Generate new business opportunities and client leads
- Handle walk-in customers and premium clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with designers and project teams
- Build strong relationships with architects, builders & interior designers
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Modular Kitchen & Wardrobes
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team-handling ability
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mohali, Punjab
