Job Title: Site Supervisor (Fresher/ Experienced) – High-Rise Building Construction
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Site Supervisor Freshers / Experienced to join our high-rise building construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for recent Civil Engineering graduates, ITI or diploma holders to gain hands-on experience in site execution, project coordination, quality control, and construction management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising daily construction activities on site.
- Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed as per project plans.
- Support engineers and senior supervisors in site coordination.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain daily site records and progress reports.
- Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Assist in material tracking and site inspections.
Eligibility:
- Diploma ,ITI or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and building practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and learn construction management processes.
- Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD will be an added advantage, if not its ok.
