Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration and provide admin support.
- Handle client communication through emails and ensure timely responses.
- Prepare and assist in documentation and other compliance-related records.
- Assist in preparing MIS/administrative reports for management when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for smooth workflow.
- Draft and send client communication emails; maintain email logs for reference.
- Monitor deadlines for client submissions, compliance filings, and follow-ups.
- Assist management with ad hoc tasks and special projects as required.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Prior experience in financial services/AMCs/distribution industry preferred (not mandatory).
